    Payment of items shall be received within (10) days of close of auction unless prior arrangements are made. Please give ample time for checks to clear before picking up. PA residents and those picking up are subject to State sales tax of 6%. If you have tax ID number, you must have that with upon pickup. We welcome you to pickup your items at 338 Main Street Shoemakersville, PA. 19555. We have regular pickup hours and all pickups should be setup in advance. Please don't plan a trip to pickup without checking to be sure we are open. Business hours are Wed, thru Sat. 10 to 3 and Sunday 10 to 1. Closed Monday and Tuesday.     We get alot of questions on the condition of the items that we offer. We stock a 30,000 square foot facility filled with furniture and we only pick out a few items each week that are ready to use. If for some reason there is something wrong with an item, we would list that in the description for the item. We would only list items that we would consider using in our own homes. Most items are used but well cared for over the years with only signs of normal use. If they are Brand New items we will list them as New or Reproductions. If you have any concerns on the condition of the item, Please feel free to email us.
    RETURN POLICY

    We offer returns on any item. At the time of delivery you must tell the shipper you want to return the item. You will have to pay the shipping to your location and pay the shipping back to our location at 338 Main St. Shoemakersville, PA. 19555 . When we receive the item you will receive a refund for the purchase price. Not the shipping costs. Also no refunds will be made if you pickup and we are closed. Be sure to let us know that you are planning your pickup.
